The Burlington County Regional Chamber of Commerce is committed to ensuring your privacy when making transactions on our website.  This policy covers how we treat your personal information collected on our website at, or that we otherwise receive. We do not require visitors to supply personally identifiable information when accessing public areas of the site. The email that you provide at check-out is used to send confirmation of your order and when we need to contact a member regarding a problem with their order or registration and for event reminders. By attending a Chamber event, you are giving us permission to contact you regarding membership.

We protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destructions. Unfortunately, we cannot, and do not, guarantee that data transmission over the Internet is secure, or that a malicious third party will not be successful at misappropriating your personal information from our servers. As a result, you provide us with your personal information at your own risk.

We do not guarantee that your communications and other personally identifiable information will never be disclosed in ways not described in this Privacy Policy, or in ways that you would not have chosen to disclose it. Our members have the choice of opting-out from receiving exclusive offers, notifications, news and information via email. An easy-to-use link and instructions are provided at the bottom of these types of email communications. If you do chose to unsubscribe, your email address will be removed from ALL further member communication. You may also contact us to request that your email be removed from our communications lists.

Refund Policy

All event tickets are eligible for refund, if cancellation in writing occurs 2 full business days prior to the event, unless the event registration form indicates otherwise.
