Genevieve “Ginny” Hill has been CEO of the Girl Scouts of Central & Southern New Jersey since July 2013, and over the past ten years, has led transformational change in the Council to better serve its 30,000+ adult and girl members. Before joining Girl Scouts, Ginny had a twelve-year tenure with YWCA Delaware, Inc., including 10 years as its CEO, leading the organization to growth and expansion.
